Divas With Disabilities™ Mentoring Program
Coming Soon

Every Black and Brown girl and woman with a disability deserves a space where she is seen, affirmed, and supported by someone who understands her journey.
The Divas With Disabilities™ Mentoring Program was created to build that space — a circle of connection, confidence, and community.
This program pairs Black and Brown girls (ages 14–20) and adult women (ages 21–65) with experienced Divas who have walked similar paths and are ready to pour into the next generation. Mentors offer guidance, encouragement, and sisterhood rooted in shared lived experience.
Our long-term vision is to match each mentee with a Diva mentor in her own city, state, or country, creating community-rooted relationships that reflect the lived experiences of disabled women and girls in their local environments. While we build toward that vision, all mentoring sessions will take place virtually through the Divas With Disabilities™ Zoom portal, ensuring accessibility and consistency for participants across the country.
Program Focus Areas
• Seeing yourself with pride and possibility
• Learning to use your voice
• Understanding your strengths and gifts
• Building healthy routines and self-care practices
• Exploring dreams, careers, and future pathways
• Expressing yourself through storytelling and creativity
• Growing confidence through connection and sisterhood
This program is not therapy. It is a supportive, empowering space where disabled Black and Brown girls and women can grow, learn, and rise together — with the guidance of Divas who believe in lifting as they climb.
Full program details and applications will be available soon.
