Visibility is power—and this film demands to be seen.
The Divas With Disabilities Project is proud to present a short film documentary directed by the award-winning filmmaker B. Monét.
This film centers the powerful journey of Dr. Donna Rena Walton, founder of the Divas With Disabilities Project and a movement maker amplifying the voices of Black and Brown women with disabilities.
Through intimate storytelling and striking visuals — including scenes from Northeast Washington, DC — this film weaves together Donna’s transformation, her mission, and the legacy she’s building.
The following brochure about the documentary can be viewed and downloaded as a pdf below the images.
